ST George Illawarra today signed dual international Wendell Sailor until the end of the 2009 NRL season.
Sailor, 33, has just completed a two-year doping ban after testing positive to cocaine while playing rugby union for the NSW Waratahs in 2006.
He will make his rugby league comeback this Saturday with Jim Beam Cup side the Shellharbour Marlins against Erina in Shellharbour.
Sailor says his first preference is to return to the wing, the position he played in most of his 185 first grade games for Brisbane, and for Queensland and Australia.

He will struggle to play first grade.

Too slow for the wing, and anywhere else, he will do too much tackling.

He won't have to be real good to make Saints side at the moment.I wouldn't be surprised if he gets a start sooner than later, if they lose Gasnier and Cooper for SOO he'll slot onto the wing no problem, and they could do with his experience.

I am not as sceptical as some. He could be just what the Dragons need. He is a damaging runner but was just too dumb to understand and play Rugby.
