Parramatta were signing our juniors like no tomorrow a few years ago.
Jamil Hopoate, Joey Lussick, Luke Vescio, Blake Harrison were all playing Harold Matts or SG ball for the eels at one stage

The roosters also try and sign our promising juniors as well as those from any other club

There are hundreds of young players desperate for a chance to play NRL and penrith and parra cannot accommodate them all

And the author was too stupid to realise that by quoting Gus he effectively proved that every thing he had written was waffle.

Gould actually cares about the game and it's future. For him if there is another NRL club that wants to link to a Western Sydney team then that's another ally which can provide a pathway for juniors to stay with NRL as opposed to AFL. The other 3 clubs have been and will always be a pack of whingers that don't look at the big picture.
