Joel Thompson is on 600k and wants to go to UK, use that money for semi. Move Walker on who is on 600k and offer Gutho 650k for 4 years with that money. Then tie up/upgrade Manu with the extra 350k from the salary cap breech which we can utilise from 2020

I'd happily have Semi in our squad but as others have said, basically every club would chase him.

So he will only be available should the rorters not want him with their endless cap
