Manly Warringah Sea Eagles Coach Trent Barrett has named his team to play Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks in an NRL trial match at Remondis Stadium on Sunday, February 14.

The match kicks off at 5pm. An NYC trial will be held at 2.30pm. Gates open 2pm.

Following this first trial match, the Sea Eagles will play Ipswich Jets in their final hit out for the pre-season at Pittwater Park, Warriewood, on Saturday, February 20.

Only about 5 playing that could be in the regular 1st grade team. I seem to remember in previous years more stars played in this game. Wasn't it one half with fringe players and other half with 1st grade squad?

Maybe this year it is a trial for who makes it into the NSW cup team?
