Not an Elliot fan really mate just need to offload Parker and Jorge. We haven't got alot on offer really at the moment and Elliot couldn't be any worse then the two mentioned . Jorge has been a good player but his confidence looks shot and costs us to often with stupid drop balls in the hour play the ball.

Don’t forget Elliott is playing out of position!!

Like to see how he goes on the wing before consigning him to the “ left right out” brigade.

Swap DCE with Elgey and force him to be involved in the kicking game and free up Cherry a little. If it doesn’t work I’d give Cust a crack. Hodko may very well do a better job organising but we are not playing finals this year. We need to look into future. The game management in the halves is so bad. Fainu will help a lot but one of Elgey , Cust etc needs to step up or we are toast for quite a while. The only way to do that is give them more responsibility with the 7 on their backs on the left and get them in at first receiver more calling the ball.

As long as we fend off the dogs and a couple of others for the spoon this year has to be about the future . Safe options won’t cut it.Get Waddell into the starting side, same with Fainu and throw Hoppa in when he’s fit and had a few Reggie games. Keep seeing all these young tyros at other clubs. It’s time we took a few risks.

Sipley went well in the 2nd half imo he is a big boy and afb can come off the bench for impact. Api needs to regain his form and fainu is playing well enough to start imo.

Sipley was good, had some passionate runs. Think Dessy would ease him off the bench for a few more weeks though. I'm probably alone on this one, but for the time being (a.k.a not forever), would try out Joel Thompson to centre, Taupau to the second row, Waddell promoted to prop to partner AFB, and Fainu replacing Api. Taufua needs a demotion imo. And why bother to include Parker when he is so vulnerable, I reckon we should get him out of the side as soon as we can.

Jorge would be my first to go. I like Jorge, but the reality is that he simply is not up to first grade standard any more. He can't catch a high kick, especially under pressure, and his handling in general play is deplorable. He has become a liability. Sure he can score a try from close range, even picking up some balls on the half volley that a lot would drop. But with Jorge the negatives far outweigh the positives.

If Tom is back next week I'd move Elliot to the wing and drop Jorge. However.....I get the feeling with Des that if Tom is back next week, the one who'll get the chop will probably be between Elliot and Parker.

AFB will be back so Sipley will drop to the bench at least. Who drops off the bench? I think Waddell did enough last night to keep his spot in the 17. That leaves either Jetski or Tangles. Given the amount of game time they've had in the past 2 weeks, I'd say Tangles will be the one who misses out there.

I'd also swap Api and Fainu with Manase to start and Api coming off the bench. Though again, I can't see Des doing that.

So in saying that, this is the side I think Des will pick.....

Lot of people hopeful about Walker. I don't know what the result will be but I suspect he'll cop common assault and a bond. Problem is what will Greenberg do with that. Then again there's that court case in mid April with De Belin that may throw Greenberg's rule out in the gutter where it belongs. Like I said in another section, its interesting that Greenberg has suddenly got tough, just as Walker is appearing at court. I think he'll fail on two grounds. His rule is illegal as far as I can determine and he is acting retrospectively, which again is contrary to legal procedures. Interesting days ahead.

Ive been thikning about it and I would change our entire roster pretty much for the entire roosters, rabbitohs and storm rosters, that should work, but I would keep Parker in the centres just to keep things interesting
