The 1987 Grand Final......correct me if I'm wrong but didn't Wayne Bennett lose that game as a coach? He wasn't the Canberra assistant, he was co-coach with Don Furner. They jointly won the Dally M Coach of the Year award that year and they don't give that award to assistant coaches.
Kinda gives lie to Nein sprouting off all GF week about Bennett never having lost a GF in this competition. For my money he has now lost 2 GF's.
