Well they are a subsidiary of Hyundai. Weren't they their sponsor at one stage?

Anyone who has been to Seoul may have seen their twin corporate towers on the southern outskirts of the Gangnam district.

Mmm the logo is very prominent but at least their sponsor is a global company that is recognised all over the world unlike the joke of a sponsor that the Sea Eagles had. And not much chance of the Bulldogs sponsor backing out and leaving them in the lurch. Manly should look at getting a sponsor like this.

I think the fact they have signed a new major sponsor shows that Des is really leaving. The last major sponsor "Jaycar" had a big problem with them even contemplating moving Des on. He put his head on the chopping block and probably threatened to pull his sponsorship. So instead of pandering to Jaycar the club have just moved him on and replaced him.

Imagine not wanting to panda to your major sponsors demands on how you run your business, so you just move them on and replace them with a major international company. The Poor old Penns don't seem to be able to find half a major sponsor. And they have to sue the old green blob co to get money out of them.
