Turbo very threatening but not his usual involvement. Blues are not as slick tonight. Should of gone with walker and Adam.
QLD should be up by way more. NSW may scrap a victory.

Its easy to see why DCE plays so much better for Manly compared to this coached QLD side.He sits in the pocket waiting for the ball, but it only goes to him on the 5th for a kick or when he is flat footed. The QLD forwards cannot pass like Jake. DCE sits outside of Jake and Jake can distribute the ball to him on the run. QLD just do the old one out run then try and spread it. So predictable.

QLD edge and middle forwards cannot link with their halves.

Compared that to Manly. Jake puts it onto DCE on the run and then Tom looms up from behind him, or outside him.

Tino at lock is just an extra prop. He's not a ball player.

DCE is being hamstrung by munster and co, they are not playing to his game style and you can see why tonight manly suits him better.

DCE is playing well tonight and I hope gets through ok in the second half as if plays like this on Friday we are a much stronger chance to beat the dragons.

True, but has always not been a good combination with DCE. DCE needs to get the ball on the 3rd when he sits out in that pocket, instead hunt just wastes tackles turning it inside. QLD edge forwards have no ball skills either, none of them can pass before the line like Jake and that is when DCE is at his best IMO. He just is more comfortable playing along side his Manly team mates and how they combine week in week out

Strange to say this but i think DCE is waiting to come back to play with a real team, one in which actually values his style of gameplay. Munster and DCE are not playing like a 6/7 they are not on the same page.

Give walker and Munster the 6/7 next year for QLD and let DCE focus on manly.
