I'm certain that Brett Finch's defense of Storm tactics and criticism of Souths was prepared by the Storm. Pretty much the only time I remember him clearly articulating an opinion on TV.

After Sunday's game it looks like Souths, Storm & Canberra are all grubby teams.

Meanwhile Manly just gets on with things with very little deliberate foul play.

Imagine if Souths, Storm & Canberra were forced to play clean like we do - would they still be as far up the ladder as they are?

Souths have already had the Fairytail come true run with the NRL recently.
Hoped this would blow over but no doubt, a favourite team of those running the game.
I hate the old saying "when Souths are winning, the NRL is in good shape and everyones 2nd favourite team" .....well it ain't from this backyard - over these grubby vermins.
That Roberts cat pulled off a dog shot up with the worst you could find and it was brushed under the carpet and he looked like a loose cannon in plays leading up to that moment.
It was actually pretty sickening to see Oates eyes rolling after the elbow smashed him on the back of the head while he lay face down in a defenceless position.
Hopefully someone fixes Roberts up soon, he is not playing well and is trying to play the bully, maybe Sivo can come rushing in off his wing and smash him this weekend.

Yep. Only time he's shown any passion about anything.
He's obviously chosen Melbourne as 'his' club from the long list of teams he played for. So he is defending them and using his voice in the media to cement his spot as a past player with them and guarantee invites to all their events.

There is a massive difference between individual acts of foul play (even if there are several) and a team wide approach to bending / pushing the rules.


Soufs have some hotheads with rubbish in their game.


Storm have been coached as a collective to push the limits of the game (as per the prescribed boundaries by the NRL) for their own benefit regardless of the impact on the game.


Basically it is chicken wing v swinging arm, grapple tackle v dog shot, wing nut v eye gouge

Gee nice one Greenturd do a shoulder charge or throw one punch and you get multiple weeks ,yet hit an already concussed player defenseless and prone on the ground and you get nothing ?
