my god man its is straight forward you have

Round: (enter the round number (currently 13 for the bulldgos game)
Cutoff date: <the date & time the round will be cut off> i.e.( Jun 29 2005 15:00)
Start voting Date: same as above i.e.(Jun 26 2005 18:00)

press submit. Not a high amount of computer literacy needed since the above is written next to each field
