The Dahlia shows T-Rex the love.

I think I’m the only one on this site that would’ve taken him back.

On a reduced contract of course. He still has a lot to offer. He just needs to unleash and forget his time at the dogs. Des used him as a decoy so many times I think he lost confidence.

Sadly I think he will do well at the slimey eels.

You don't just lose ability , but you can lose heart , and thats what he lost .
Saying he has no heart is a little foolish to be fair, his problem has always been that he just does not have any feel for the game. There are natural footy players who may not be the most imposing athletes, Tony Williams is the opposite. If he makes it back to first grade the Eels will be struggling.

Foolish ... He's massive and when he's fit should be unstoppable , dont really understand the not having any feel for the game . If thats the case he should retire . He had a couple of good years with us and done fukc all since .

Well you can tell him he has no heart next time you see him.
Seriously anyone who plays competitive rugby league has heart - yes even Jamie Soward. He is just not a footy player.

Dont take offence mate im not attacking you , im just having an honest opinion. As Spartan eagle said if you instilled Tooveys tenacity into williams he would be unstoppable . Toovey had more heart.

I think what brad is trying to say is that T- Rex has lost the desire , the will , the motivation and once those attributes are gone a player can lose form and confidence . IMO all the 29 year T-Rex needs is a good mentor who can instill belief in him , motivate and inspire him to believe in him self once more to do what he does best .

Great news for Parra haters.

Trex has been passed it for years. The fact they have even recruited him reeks of desperation. I hope he is selected for them when we play the slime. He is big, slow and an easy target.
Throw in the Hayne plane and I'm even more excited to watch the slimes demise.
And losing Semi, their best player by a long shot....

I'm so excited to see see Parra fall again...
Don't laugh at Parra having players that are passed it mate . We have Lewis Brown on our books

Spoke to a security worker at a manly game once that rex and his 'bros' used to get wasted the nights before games. Many a time he'd seen him at bars and clubs he was working at getting on it hard.
Yeah I remember a story where the house he was living in got raided by the cops and drugs guns and money was seized . Of course the flatmate took the rap - explains a lot . He should have taken advice off joey on how to play wasted

OK!
Also Tooves never got done for drink driving like Tony has.

I don't care .... whatever !! .... but at the moment at around 1.15-18sec into the clip I love T-REX

T Rex was at his terrifying best for us reaching great heights in representing at all levels and then he went to the dogs on being money and fell to sleep
The question is can the new coach wake up the sleeping giant and back to his terrifying best ?

I wonder if he watches those clips and thinks about how (briefly) good he was and how great he could have been. He was playing in a great side.

He is a repeat offender Piss him off out of the NRL

Parramatta Eels forward Tony Williams has faced court regarding a drink driving incident that took place last month.

Williams rejoined the Eels in the offseason hoping to reinvigorate his career after unsuccessful stints with the Bulldogs and Sharks.

Never! The Eels are a protected club, and just like the Broncos Greenberg is already adopting the there is nothing to see here folks stand. There will be very little as a way of punishment here. If anything at all.

The latest lol at parra/ lol at t-rex..
Greenburg won’t bother addressing it, wrong club.
The Eels could let T-Rex play till he’s 40, he’s preserved his body so well since the end of 2011

Some posters making a good point.. Imagine if he watched his old Manly tapes and realised what he could still be capable of?
He’s looking like a Dave Taylor type so far..
