When read in context, he doesn’t actually say he is ‘talking’ with the Roosters and Dolphins, just that he ‘has’.

Maybe he spoke with the Dolphins a month ago and they’ve agreed not to move any further ahead with discussions.

It’s interesting that he admitted to speaking with the Roosters, in spite of Robinson’s public declaration that no conversations have been had.

Well maybe it’s not so interesting; it is $CE and the Roosters after all, and they’re a match made in heaven; both driven by money and self interest at the expense of integrity and soul.

Im pretty sure he ruled out the Dolphins early in the peace.
The Chooks are only competing with themselves. If they are smart they should only offer what we did & DCE would probably accept it.

I'm all for players making as much as they can. But the way DCE goes about it is very ugly.

Dce would stifle the dogs. They are a well drilled side with a few guns and many players who are putting in 100% so far this season.

Maybe they could do with a half-back upgrade, but more a solid and not flashy halfback who is smart enough to just get the ball to who it needs to go to and a good kicking game finding field position and space.
