Firstly, blowing up in the media about a potential abandonment of MWSE local pathways in the off-season, and Blacktown doing all of them instead. Instead, the exact opposite happened, and Blacktown is no longer affiliated with us in any capacity.
Secondly, DCE. Fairly obviously he was a major reason for his departure, and you can find enough reliable info on here and elsewhere to back this claim up.
Thirdly, he's been undermining Seibold for the entire year.
While his intentions are good, Choc is a strong character and can be incredibly abrasive. I suspect he's been part of the reason, and unfortunately, he likely won't rest, until he is either sacked (unlikely I feel) or Seibold / Mestrov are gone. Getting Ballin this off-season, which seems incredibly likely, may settle him down a bit.
