I had some time to think Yes Des needs to make some changes. We need to go to market also cap space would not renewing say Sironen (400k), Parker (200k at best), Garrick ( 200k at best), Goewiski (250k est), Walker (550k) there be enough there to get some value in market. None of the listed are performing.
