We had an issue with background services between march 10th and 15th or there about. This meant the payment services were not linking to automatic upgrades. Luck is the only thing that has stopped at least a couple of tries against us over the last 2 games by letting the ball bounce. It is absolute lunacy and makes us look incompetent. We need to be more assertive under the high ball. The communication between Snake and Jorge needs to be sorted out as well.
