Difference is this is a rookie coach in a rebuild year in a club with meagre amount of resources.
Not a veteran super coach in his 6th year on millions of dollars who's had years of complete control over every facet of the football organisation to build a dynasty backed by one of the richest leagues clubs in the comp and could finish bottom 4 with the worst points for in the comp.
