Shame but I guess we gotta take it.
Apparently they will pay in garden hoses which is outside of the cap and might come in handy for Brookvale. Not sure how its outside of the Cap as Pirtek are supplying them.

I still rate DCE over Foran. Yes Parra and Foran might be going well now but every season there are a few sides that start all guns blazing then fade away whilst others rise. I hope that is Parra and us in 2016.
