I went for a schnitzel today and when the lady asked about did i want salad with that I said "hell no, just dianne sauce and chips. I then explained what a salad dodger was 😉

They came to my house i shared with four other mates I said my name was one of them and I was really keen but had to go to work. Different people showed up a week later at the time I had organised and he had to sit there for an hour while we all drank Sunday morning beers and giggled in the lounge room.

Morning bible dodgers!! What have I missed??? Lets see......the plot thickens with with @Class of 96 announcing he's a buddhist. (Or maybe not...it could be that he just finds it to be a very nobel and peaceful state of mind...but certainly not something you'd commit to. lol) @Mark from Brisbane has announced he is a follower of Moses and his commandments... apart from commandments 1, 2 and 3....but i'm pretty sure they are not compulsary. No one can understand how Noah got every single animal species known to man on that big canoe he built. Is there a history/biology teacher in the house? Someone of that calibre and high education should be able to nut that one out in a heart beat! Dr Hovind proved the theory of evolution is zany at best! I think that quote from C O 96 better suits the argument for evolution. What was that one again, mate? "Our descendants 300 years from now are going to look back at us with incredulous bemusement, disdain and contempt".

To be fair mate, no one knows and its all opinion to a point. So building tax free empires of worship, that have spent billions compensating its victims of abuse, but want hand outs from the flock based on fear dressed up as love , will always get people going off half cocked. Everytime time someone puts money in the plate some of that goes to help the church pay for its sins and build a city to avoid accountability
And well ive only touched on one of the self serving organisations. The protection of the brand at the expense of its victims is unholy . This points the finger squarely at the church as opposed to wayward individuals that have drifted from the flock. To me its a special kind of evil and is behaviour more akin to corporations like drug companies and banks
Im not attacking individuals, i admire people who have faith. Its there choice and good on them. There are many really wonderful caring people who have faith and belief systems i dont agree with. But i believe most of these people would do good without religion.
I always invite the door knockers in, i dont believe but i know they are giving up there time based on there beliefs that they are saving me. That is noble and beautiful and i cant be mean to people like that but i advise them early on. So there is always a drink , a chair and some nice exchanges . These people are salt of the earth with an innocence that truely is inspiring.
Im also a dad of a 13 yo and im careful not to taint his mind with my beliefs as he has to make his own choices. I invite all religion into my house so he can make informed decision when he wants to. I will never force my views on him, as i find that a form of brainwashing and that is only reserved for making him a manly supporter
Im not against religion in the community, but it should not be in our parliment whatsoever. Thank **** we dont cross to fred nile anymore. Once he was on tv more that ray martin for his views on everything
In conclusion i hate the organistions with there manipulations of the truth, its people and its image but love many people and there actions that follow them. Its often very confusing ,
In recent years a lot is being said about the lack of community and care in this world and that young people have respect issues. In the past we have looked to our governments and our churches to build foundations for our society. The lack of respect for these entities is doing the exact opposite for which it was intended.
As a non believer i still see the role they play in society as long as they practice what they preach. If they no longer can serve that purpose i would dismantle the the benefits society affords them
