The CEO of the NRL should NOT be fraternising with ANY MEMBER of the 16 clubs under his jurisdiction.

It's like competition rules - family members of employees may not enter the competition - purely so there can never be any hint of insider trading, favouritism or corruption.

Looks like Turdberg not only believes consistency is overrated, it appears "integrity" falls into the same category in his mind.
