Walker cleared to play.

Think the decision tomorrow while in some eyes necessary is going where nrl and the ARLC should not judging a players guilt before they have had their day in court and how are they going to judge what comes under a serious criminal offence,

Think it should stay the way it is and let players play until they have their case heard even if it costs the game sponsors or fans.

I respect people’s view on here that want this change in policy because people can have this view and it makes this forum interesting.

pulling a woman’s hair doesn’t make a person Hitler.
The reference to Hitler is well overdue, although it wouldn't surprise if Hitler had pulled someone's hair at some point, he was a real prick.

Nevertheless it is disingenuous to refer to the allegation as 'pulling someone's hair'. Really it is pulling the woman to the ground, while she was holding a 4 month old baby, causing injuries (though not serious injuries) and certainly causing fear. Quite reprehensible (if true), and I have to agree that referring to it as merely 'pulling someone's hair' is minimising the seriousness of the allegation in this case, and hence risks minimising the seriousness of domestic violence.

Thank you!

Barba was sacked and not one player or RLPA Rep questioned it.@

Greenturd is in the drivers seat and we have to live with his decisions :nerd:

I actually don't think we've heard the last from Barba.

I think he'll lay low for a while & wait to see what the outcomes of the Walker & De Bellin cases are before taking legal action against the NRL.

Have the police even charged Barba yet or do they have any intention to?

To be fair, my missus actually "asks" me to pull her hair, at least once a week. Generally speaking though, she's already horizontal in some form or another.

Lighten the mood? Hehehe

you are going to hell ...

Almost as reprehensible as over exaggerating it .... thank goodness we have courts with experienced people to test the veracity and seriousness of accusations and determine quilt or innocense .......

I don't think so. Surely the emperor has got some legal advice. You can't move the goal posts mid match (mid contract in this case) without offending principles of unconscionable conduct.
