Loved last week's game but I'm thinking cowboys weren't great. Of course, the old adage that you can only play as well as your opposition let's you also carries weight in reviewing the game. A couple of times Ben T got run around in defence a slight concern - but no doubt work's been done on that. Pressure teams have tended to make Manly sloppy over the past couple of years but Wahs (no offence to them) aren't that type of team. Wahs at home = 8 points I reckon for them, especially as first game at home. Last couple of years Manly have also tended to drop games they should have won. Still, Sea Eagles by 8 for me and no injuries for Pete's sake!
 
Shutting down Egan will be huge. Man did a really good job in d on him and Johnson last year.
That’s my thought also, my hope is Egan plays 80 minutes as that hurts his running game, Healey is on the extended bench and if he comes in they will test the ruck.
 
We have enough props so Seibold doesn't have to use him as an undersized battering ram. he should be in the backrow or lock not in the front row rotation. One weakness Brownie has is his lateral movement in defence and he can be caught out by late footwork.
