How many Premiership’s has Seibold won? Des has two as our coach, my ONLY measure of success is Premierships.

No one's saying Seibold has a better resume than Des.

Another win under Seibolds belt, twelve win of the season, has improved on the 11 wins last season.

I would like to see him extended so the club can be working on the 2026 and 2027 roster shaping, he is a good tactical coach and I look forward to seeing the game plan against the Dogs should he decide to use it before the finals..

Looks like he has brought the group together and has them playing for each other which is half the battle. We have had some good wins against quality opposition this year which gives confidence. Looking forward to seeing where we end up as things play out to the end of the season and into the finals. Luke Brooks will be stoked.

Who picked manly to be on 31 points with 3 rounds to go?
I was thinking high 28 or so at seasons end.

Our losses this year were by 4, 8, 2, 6, 1, 10, 14 and 4.

Not a grand final team yet, but this is the sort of improvement Ive been wanting to see, and Seibs needs to take it a further step next year.

Would not have been my choice as coach but I can't deny that he has the boys buying into his coaching and seems a great spirit in the squad.

The team has clearly improved so I don't think it's outrageous to believe he has earned an extension. Normally not a fan of extensions but with the dearth of quality experienced coaches and with at least 2 possibly 3 new teams that will be looking for coaches it may be cheaper to get it done with clauses.

If we wait to next season and we start well his price will no doubt increase.
