thats not their crap new song where it sounds like something out of \"music and the lyrics\" or some other crap \"comedy\" where they make up a BS song for a boys band or something is it Zep?

yes

Been listening to a fair bit of faith no more again after seeing them live last week.

What a band.  Who ever thought there would be such a thing as 'funk metal'?

Mastodon, courtesy of the Wolfpack music library. Totally killer dude.

Did anyone go to see the Brian Jonestown Massacre last week? It was splendid.

Where did you see FNM Gronk? I wish I'd been organised enough.

Told ya. Not sure if Remission & Leviathan will be up your sissy indie alleyway but there is always hope.

Speaking of BJM, Methodrone has just shot straight to the top of my most played list. Awesome album.

Diggin' Remission right now actually. Totally balls out!!

Methodrone top played? Looks like someone's coming 'round to the "sissy" indie alleyway with a pair of chucks & a leather jacket.

Everyone wants to be an indie kid, most just aren't cool enough.

Didn't mean to imply that indie is sissy, just you.

Suprised that you like Remission, try to get your hands on copies of Leviathan & Call of the Mastodon too. It's good stuff.

What'd you think of Mogwai?

FNM actually played the Hordern Duff.

I was in town for the week and so caught them in syd rather than melbs.  A friend of mine flew up just for the show and then went back to see them two more times in Melbourne.  Obsessed.

The old Hordern. I just saw Them Crooked Vultures there, that was mind blowing.

By the time I would've got around to getting FNM tix, they were well & truly gone & no way was I going to Eastern Creek.
They're defo a band for the obsessed fans.
