That is eaxactly what it was. It was a knock-on-athon.

In hindsight, and at the time, I thought Des's fax was inappropriate. To say that 'losing is unacceptable' says nothing and adds pressure. They are adults who know what their job is and something along the lines of 'you are the best so do your best' would have been much better.
