Plum, on ABC iview.
Episode 1 was a bit disturbing and I expect it's only going to get more so. (I'll keep watching though)

The Lincoln Lawyer, series on Netflix based on novels of Michael Connolly. I've read most of the books and thought the series started out OK, but it gets even better as it goes on. Worth a look.

And two years later....

I started watching this a couple of weeks ago. A bit of a slow burn for me, but I've enjoyed the three seasons.

Just finished season 4 of "only murders in the building" - those who watch, know.

Yeah I don't think I ever finished the second Lincoln lawyer season!
Only murders .. some classic moments in the first 2, might have to try and find it again

Just watched the original Jaws on Netflix, it destroyed my life as a youngster (hate the ocean) and I just reaffirmed that today!

I was one who didn't mind the movie, didn't really see it as a horror movie (dunno why).

Fun Fact, the author, Peter Benchley is in the movie (he plays a news reporter)

Less fun fact - Jaws shone new light on the USS Indianapolis sinking.

Until then it had largely gone forgotten. There's a documentary on one of the streaming services which is quite good. Covers a lot including the court martial of the captain(!!) and the finding of the wreck.

I recall reading the novel in one night!! we had a small baby at the time so staying up was a thing at the time, but it's the only time I can remember ever reading a book in one night!
Was before I ever saw the movie.

For those who like 'Still game' (previous page) I found on you-tube a couple of Christmas episodes and the last 'stage' show, which after watching the series, is kind of like finding a few unopened Christmas presents!
