Just commented on the same thing, in a similar way, posted it and saw your post, he just needs to be a little more honest in his assessment and not try to sugar coat everything or find excuses, we need some hard truths and it seems like no one’s willing to either take the risk or rock the boat.

To sum it up, regardless of different coaching styles....the accountability needs to be there.
I have never hated on Seibold and compared to the Barretts and others, he certainly seems to have a decent idea on footy side of things.
Just the side lacks that resilient toughness and the way you summed it up, pretty much is close as it gets to my perspective....as in my mind, this has a big part in the attitude at vital times and you just know these times will come again, if Manly can handle the Storm in these moments, "parden the pun"...will go with most teams in this comp, just lack that hard edge and there maybe a few reasons, but I have no doubt this is 1 of them.
