I'd personally go Guac as Captain.

Will be interesting who Seibs picks. The wrong Captain choice can do more harm then good, and Man is already a group of men said to not get along. So it's sounds a complicated dynamic.

I’d like to know what the factions supposedly are.

A couple of years ago I saw the 3 Turbros, Sipley, Olakau’atu, Saab & Brett Stewart at the Wharf bar on an offseason Friday night & they all seemed pretty chummy.

That’s pretty much the nucleus of the team, & I can’t imagine it’s a case of them being one faction & the rest of the team being another.
