I agree AOB could be a good addition, Siebold can then show his coaching director credentials with some potential coaches to come up. I also like John Strange currently coaching Roosters NRWL side as has done some really good coaching roles on the central coast.

I am no fan of AOB. But I still think he'd be good for Man as an assistant. He's done some good and some bad at the knights. Be better from those learnings too.
