**** these selectors are dumb.  Hussey is out with a hamstring, so they call in Shaun Marsh to replace him. 

Having just named the world cup squad, wouldn't you pick someone actually in the squad as the replacement, so they can play as much as possible before the tournament? Picking Tim Paine to play as a batsman seems to sensible thing to do.

I stand corrected that there are no people dumber than the selectors.  Paine has been picked as a back up batsman as well as a keeper.  He usually opens in one dayers.

I'd rather Tait than Binga to be honest. I also quite like Hastings' selection, he's a pretty decent cricketer from what I've seen. Can't believe Hauritz has been "recalled".

I hope our batsman are in form because I think our attack is going to leak some runs. If Tait and Lee don't get it coming down at around 160 they are going to go for 7+ an over, and we all know what Johnson's consistency has been like this summer.

Hastings is a product of the hawkesbury district which is where i play today,NSW in the Quakers hill to north richmond area in sydneys west

My point is Hauritz is from Qld, Watson is from Qld and moved to Tasmania, they both now play for NSW, it was a joke at lsz's comment.

i'm sure he got it, unlike yourself who just has NFI.

there are a heap of NSW "refugees" floating around other states, its simply because of the larger population.
