i have said this in another thread and thought it deserved it own thread but this has to be the worst GF in years coming up next Sunday
We have 2 teams which are the biggest cheats I have ever seen.
I so want easts to get beat by a few suspect calls .. like the treatment we got from the refs in 2013 BUT in saying that it would mean back to back titles to the storm we can not have that.
I know it could worse say dogs vs parra but for a manly fan of the modern game I think this has to nearly one of the worst games ever next weekend..I don’t care if it went to golden point.

The question is who do you want to lose more next week ? because one team has to.

Oh and never have never will support the storm in anything they do. Easts for me

If the Roosters win they'll certainly have the premiership stripped from them later down the track, not so sure the nrl would be willing to do the same again to the Storm. Therefore it's certainly best the chooks win, also, we don't want the Storm going back to back, they've been made to look a much better side than they really are in 2018 and they would be the most undeserving premiers in my memory.

The worst GF that I've seen was the 2006 borefest. I went, as the brother in law won some competition that included free piss. And even that couldn't put a dent in the apathy of the night. I believe next week will come close to it. The only shining light would be to see Slater get rubbed out, and Cronk to get one up on his ex-boyfriend.

.....and know doubt Sutton and Klein will get the ref gig. Three penalties all game, zippo 10 metres, and wrestlmania to the max.

Can't stand the thought of Scum back to back and I'm already making sure I watch nothing NRL related until kick off as I can't face the upcoming Slater love fest on overdrive.
The next 2 days of 'free Billy' talk followed by him being carried out of NRL HQ on a cheering crowds shoulders when cleared to play is enough to make me sick.

The "product" we watch these days is testament to that.

They did, and we did lose our team for a couple of years, but it isn't about winning and losing for me, but I respect the teams more that fought the good fight rather than jumping ship

Couldn't pick two teams I detest more. I won't be watching it, but the only way I could get any satisfaction out of this year's grand final is if Slater and Friend are both rubbed out by the judiciary and Cameron Smith breaks his leg in six places (five would be good, but six is the magic number) and never plays the game again.
