Manly has traditionally had speedy, talented backs with the team generally playing attractive open RL. Last season we were the exact opposite. We were slow and ponderous. We couldn't even have scored at a bordello.
This season, from round six onwards, our backline clicked. The reason is adding Saab and Foran to a Turbo-charged backline, and the attacking genius of The Shoe to the forwards.

Yes on top of the fact that we seem so much fitter this year, Canberra were way more gassed than us in the second half
