Yep but no Hoppa and Garrick is worse at FB. Not a great selection headache. Metcalfe only other option. I’d like to see Metcalfe off the bench at 14. Give him a run at fullback at some stage ( if his defence has improved he may be a serious chance to back Turbot up ) and fill in for Levi for ten.

I think he played some FB at Blacktown, and maybe U20s.

Hard to say whether he actually played the Blacktown games as he was always chosen at 18 or 19 and rarely got a game.

Zero chance he plays next week, probably the following week as well. You look at what the Roosters have done with Cordner etc, you have to take repeated concussion seriously and very conservatively.

So Hoppa has had another set back? Minor though?

No NSW cup has hit us harder than most because Des is so reluctant give them a go. I'm sure if they were playing a few of the young guns would have forced Des' hand by now. He is just a stubborn old man
