    Quite glad when that game ended. My lady hit the nail on the head when she said Manly were woeful and she felt rather offended by it. We honestly played like we had no idea, hopefully we can jag a win or two in the run to Mad Monday.

    I will be personally very sorry to see The Rubes leave, but from his point of view taking the Perth money is a good move. He is also a great pick up for them as essentially he provides cover against any recruiting problems at FB, WI or CE, he can cover all of them. I can admit the sense of it.

    Tbh I imagine we lose TKO next year unless we upgrade him. He's shown enough to demonstrate he is still a real NRL player, and reliable experienced props are in demand. If Aloiai is forced to retire - and updates on him seem to have gone pretty quiet - I imagine we upgrade TKO.

    Probably every man who played deserved points. I came up with: Taukeiaho - was huge for us out there. Brooks - thought he had a very influential game sweet pass to put Koula into space for a try. Quack Quack Waddell - I don't think he likes playing 2nd row nor would we normally play him...

    This suggests Tszyu's career might be over, three successive losses and the last two quite conclusive. Otherwise maybe he needs to consider moving to a different weight. The top fighters at his current weight look to be a bit too much for him physically.

    Not sure if I am just getting older or something but I thought last night's game was a bit unengaging, just wasn't very exciting given it was a SOO decider. Blues played mostly horribly I thought and Queensland very clearly the better team. Kudos to Slater, he made big decisions and they worked.
