2014-16 Dream Team

Wolfpack

Bencher
Fun little thing I spotted on ESPN this morning, trying to predict the all-pro team for the 2014/15 season. Kept me entertained for ten minutes - have a crack at it.

My team-

QB- Sam Bradford (Rams)
RB- LeSean McCoy (Eagles)
RB- LeGarrette Blount (Bucs)
WR- Dez Bryant (Cowboys)
WR- AJ Green (Bungles)
TE- Jermaine Gresham (Bungles)
LT- Joe Thomas (Browns)
LG- Mike Iupati (49ers)
C- Maurkice Pouncey (Steelers)
RG- Danny Watkins (Eagles)
RT- Jake Long (Fins)
LE- Derrick Morgan (Titans) I would have picked Brandon Graham but he wasn't on the list)
DT- Ndamukong Suh (Lions)
DT- Haloti Ngata (Ravens)
RE- Charlie Johnson (Panthers)
LOLB- Clay Matthews III (Packers)
MLB- Lawrence Timmons (Steelers)
ROLB- Jon Beason (Panthers)
CB- Darrell Revis (Jets)
FS- Eric Berry (Chiefs)
SS- Jarius Byrd (Bills)
CB- Patrick Peterson (Cards) Couldn't decide between Peterson or Vontae Davis, decided to roll the dice & assume that Peterson will develop faster thanks to having a better secondary around him.
K- Alex Henery (Eagles)
P- Thomas Morstead (Aints)
KR- Eric Weems (Falcons)
PR- Marc Mariani (Titans)
HC- Sean Payton (Aints)

The safety selections were a bit monged, all of the quality safeties were listed under FS. Byrd is a quality player & top ball hawk but I wouldn't have him over a Nate Allen or Earl Thomas in three years time.

For the return squad, Ideally I'd have Mariani as the KR & Djax as the PR, but the poll has other ideas on that matter.
