Sad fact is you can't keep em all. If they have talent other clubs come a knocking. He may well be a priority for the club to retain from the current under 20's. At the same time he would have plenty of competition for a spot in the second row or lock in the reserves next year. Lets hope he stays. If not lets hope he develops over the next couple of years and returns bigger and better then ever.
