Nick Kassis signs with Workers,prop or second rower from Parra's intrust cup side Wentworthville,played a lot of Intrust cup last year,can play middle or edge,looks like he works hard and doesn't mind a collision.Mid 20's and represents Lebanon,looks like depth for Workers but could push for some playing time in Intrust cup
 
NSW Cup 2016 Second Rower of the year signs with Manly (came from Mounties) - played 49 games for The Raiders (Jarrad Kennedy):

Also played for NSW (and was the second highest tackler in the league). Only rumour at this stage btw - is actually contracted to raiders this season.

Panthers second rower Brendan Attwood signs with Workers,played a few games with Blacktown last year but was contracted to Penrith and played a bit of Intrust cup for them,depth at most I guess...." 2yr contract,Blacktown seem pretty positive and think at 22 years of age he is in with a chance at Manly.
 
Ex Australian schoolboy and Wests tigers prop forward Andy Fiagatusa signed by Workers on a 2 yr deal,around 24/5 yrs of age.Hard runner could be good depth for Blacktown,played for Wests in Intrust cup/Massey cup last year.Looks like a solid lump of a guy.

Another interesting guy at Blacktown training is Mason Farrell,he played for Guilford in the Massey cup last year and looks to be either signed or trialing with Workers.He has a youtube vid from last year(yeah I know they are only guides..)but he looks interesting,tall and rangy build and needs a couple of kilos but looks like he can step off both feet and very elusive in traffic with quick movements/reactions.Fast,can play centre and 5/8,looks like a real quick thinker on his feet,good passer,takes on the line and backs up well,looks to read the situation well and looks a good goalkicker.No idea if he can tackle front on all that well but looks a good cover defender,chases well.
 
2 signings by Workers on 2 yr contracts.Will Solway prop from Bulldogs Intrust cup side,looks like a late bloomer,played rugby and league for Aussie navy.Sione Masima second rower ex Sharks and Rabbitohs player 23 yrs old and making a bit of a comeback,not sure where he has been but training the house down to be ready by start of year.Workers are high on both players Solway could be a bit of a Jughead Jones late maturer,dominated at Massey cup level last year and had some runs with the doggies.Masima is about 185cm and 100kgs at playing weight.
