Have to commend Manly on the job they have done marketing the game over here

Billboards have been since October, they had fliers at the World Cup games, a couple of really good events they are putting on and the sports bar at the casino is being renamed the eagles nest for the week, and anybody that got a ticket in the Manly bay gets a free flag

Less than 4000 tickets to the game left now

Nice to see those men honoured and good to see a photo of Broadhurst, who famously figured in one of our most notorious losses. We were so good the only way they could win was through outright thuggery.

Great to hear. I know they’ve put a lot of work into this venture as you said and to see a full house in Christchurch, and reasonable crowd up at Suncorp will offset some of the disappointing crowds we’ve had at Brookie.

Stadium is ok for what it is, a temporary stadium that's already been up longer than it should have been, entirely erected out of scaffolding, but you get a nice close view of the action, can get cold when the breeze is up

Easy enough to get too, less than 10mins from the central city, parking and traffic in the area can be difficult though if you are driving, there are normally some free bus services that run to the games from various locations

Been there, agree, tis nice.

At least you didn't say Fergburger - which everyone else seems to say. Never seen a place so busy, good marketing methinks but alas, I've eaten there a few times as well. Pretty good burgers.

@Sue Fat badgers pizza place wont leave you disappointed either.

edit: Winnies pizza place is damn good as well!
