Personally, if we go 0 - 4 which I suspect, then a lot people become accountable, Yes we all need to ask about DCE's pay packet versus return on investment, Yes we need to question each players commitment to 2017, Yes we need to ask if Barrett is the answer. At the moment I question whether we could beat a pack of girl guides hanging out for cupcakes if they won.

The other side is that despite our losses there have been some awesome performances, ie, JT & TT and Brian Kelly, what a surprise! The rest of the team, well?

Can I suggest that the team we have, I would not have expected where we might be in another 2 weeks. Is this a coaching problem - that is questionable as what is the alternative?

Gould took over the Panthers in 2011 in a 5 year rebuilding plan
During this period Gould went through 4 coaches Elliott Georgalis Cleary and Griffin
He also went through several player clean outs including local club hero NSW and International Lewis and this is the result so far

Some know it all's and Drama Queens on here fueled by their negativity and agendas vent there spleens and have the audacity to rubbish the immortal and his team just in their 2nd game of their second Season
I just want to ask all the tall poppies and negative nellies on here . What credibility do you have in the game and how many games have you won playing in the NRL comp with 4 of your big forwards out ?

Seriously you lot, how in the hell can you turn a club on the decline around in a season or two. Can't be done, especially when you inherit 1.5 million of cap on 2 blokes who can't play.
My recollection is that Bozo was brought in to put junior strategies in place. last time I checked, we seem to be going alright in that department.
Bozo won't go anywhere soon, so suck it up and get behind the club.
Bag performances all you like, but attacking the heart of the club will serve no purpose and poison morale.
2 games in and it is worse than ever.

And what is with all the venom for the online BOZO, he just backs his man in right or wrong. It is called support and respect, and it looks like he has it in bucket loads for Bobby. Keep it up BOZO old son!

He saw the same that our captain Jamie Lyon saw when he said Barrett is a good coach .
Barrett was also highly endorsed by the great Gus Gould whilst not an immortal he is the most successful NSW state of origin coach
I reckon Jamie and Gus know their footy 🙂

You maybe right or wrong; if Gus was such a big fan and was already planning the demise of Cleary, why didn't he hang on to his "endorsement"?

As I said, I will await to see Bozo's big plan unfold for 2018!

Goes back to what I said yesterday, our strength has been when our juniors are doing great, 2 years later the NRL team delivers a premiership. Wombat, I agree with you (might be the only time LOL). Should we all pull our respective heads in and accept we should have placed our money on the last four as opposed to top 8 for the next 2 years?

I remember, and I bet you hoped it worked. I don't back every decision the club has made, but pulling things apart just to suit your own argument is just an exercise in semantics. I am gutted Buhrer was pushed out for a clown like Brown, but that doesn't mean I have to hate on the whole organisation, does it? I want us to succeed not fail...surely you feel the same mate

With due respect to Jamis Lyon he was showing faith in the organisation as the Captain. If he did not support TB how could any of the players?
You have smashed Brown on these Boards but Bozo was the director of football when he was signed.

I was involved in a defamation case many years ago.

I was the President of the local chamber of commerce in my old home town.

We were pushing for a bypass of the town, at that stage some 2000 semi trailers a day went through the Main Street.

The COC came out with a preferred route, which involved the sale of some commercial land owned by COC members.

The local paper claimed that myself and the then Vice President were " secretly paid" to endorse the route, and if approved we would receive large cash handouts in brown paper bags.

The route chosen ( which exists today) was the only one that fitted into the funding the Government had allocated, there was never any " paper bags".

The campaign went for weeks and weeks , lots of letters to Editors but still it went on.

My credibility in the town was shot to pieces, my business suffered , it was a terrible part of my life.

I sued the paper, but didn't win , simply because they used the word " alleged ", time and time again.

So it's a fine line!!

PS: I lost the defamation payout ( many hundreds of thousands) but settled for court costs and a retraction.

But the damage had been done.

That sucks Mark.
