We had an issue with background services between march 10th and 15th or there about. This meant the payment services were not linking to automatic upgrades. Since the repetition of the phrase "stay under the salary cap" failed to impart additional clearness to the sentence, as opposed to reinforcing a point, then it is regarded as needless and remains tautological.
And yes, my reuse of the word ergo was there to reinforce my point.
