I know its "only" the Dolphins who at this stage in their life struggle to draw a crowd in Sydney ... but you'd expect that on a Friday night with decent (not wet) weather that the Sharks could fill a ground that at the moment only holds 12,000.

Edit: the attendance was 9,658

The Sharks are garbage. Yeah they won against a severely injury ravaged Dolphins side. Yet had Marshall-King grounded that ball in goal, I don’t see the Sharks coming back from that.
I said it a cpl weeks ago that I think Herbie is a bloody machine. I haven’t got anymore superlatives for that bloke after tonight. Only that I wish he played for Manly.

I really like Herbie because he is a great entertainer and superb athlete but geez he is rocks and diamonds. For every amazing run there’s a poor read in defence or low percentage offload. Tonight he decided to bbq the captains challenge as well.

If he can get some of those errors out of his game, he could be the best centre in rugby league.

With Joey Manu going to the dark side it's already between Farnworth and Crichton as who is the best. Attacking-wise Herbie is in a league of his own at the moment

Only just got away with a lucky win, King stuffed up grounding the ball. But that's footy i guess.
It was a tired effort, given it was in the 73rd minute, MK made 65 tackles last night, he’d probably already made 55 - 60 of them on his way to ground that ball. Toby was a lot fresher, which is a shame as that would have ended the sharks night I’d say, but as you said that’s footy.

His highlights suggest as much but I think he has a way to go; too many errors. Lots of turning over possession or misreads in defence. Hynes first try was a classic example. He should have seen the block set up at the slow play-the-ball and communicated to his outside, instead he checked the lead runner and check him without any urgency to assist his winger. It was ordinary.

Some of that may depend on the confidence he has in his winger. He's better when Bostock is alongside him but they have had a couple of years to build up the communication and trust

Relatively easy win for the purple scum. We're going to have to smother Hughes next week. Everything comes off him because I think Munster will be emotionally drained next week when he leaves the family and the reality sinks in. We have a huge shot at making something out of this season. It's a MIGOTY.

Knights early shifts to make bulk yardage is a good blueprint, which does actually suit our style.
Forwards will have to aim up and win the yardage as long as the whistle clown doesn't decide to look one way. Storm will be holding us down and the clown will allow it.

Rocks and diamonds is right.

He produced that brilliant run that led to his try, yet 5 minutes before he did another good 15m run out of his own 10m zone, then undid it by throwing an offload to no one that went back 20.

Try scored or not, if Garrick did that offload in the centres he'd be burnt at the stake in here.
