If it works out for them in the long term I guess it would also be called a success. But in the short term, yeah you're right. They were putting in a wow of a season until basically ditching Sexton for Galvin. Since then they've shown glimpses but its mostly been against poor quality opposition, such as us. They've really shown nothing against any of the true Premiership contenders.

Swapping out players like they are expendable pieces for young players with potential might work flawlessly on internet forums, but in a team dynamic it's not that straight forward...
