He was.

Cronulla junior, big ups on him when we got him. Of all the young halves we've let go in recent memory, he's the one we should have hung onto, or at least given more opportunities to develop. But he picked up some injuries and there were always questions about his size. From memory he only played in the Nines pre-season thingy for us before going back to the Sharks and then to the Warriors. He is really developing well.

Hate to harp on the commentating, but when exactly did commentating turn into cheer leading. The combined lovefest from Ennis and inane for the warriors in the first half was sickening. But then, as always happens in the valandy ball era, possession turned in the 2nd half and the cows started to comeback, they had to immediately jump ship to start riding the cows home. Ennis in particular is so over the top it’s almost unbearable.
