They have access to the breadbasket beyond the Blue Mtns (Lithgow > Griffith East-West: Armidale to Wagga Nth-South - HUGE intake). The personal conditioning developed to 'Play for the Panthers' in those regions provides a very large source of prospective talent. Juniors: Tick.
