The management of our roster is the best in the NRL.

I've given up listening to nuffies like Rothfield years ago.

The culture at Manly never comes into the calculation when they make these predictions. And defying their predictions year in year out is great fun.

Am I the only one getting impatient waiting for the season to start ?

You're not the lone ranger Simon64, although I'm enjoying the Ashes, nothing compares to the start of the footy season. I can't wait for that opening month when we play Storm, Rabbits, Roosters and are sitting at the top of the table and everyone is going 'wtf is going on here??'

As much as I would love to see us up top after the first month I think we are likely to be mid/bottom of the table then. We have come back from a slow start to make the important games before.
