On a pitch made for (field) hockey, with soccer lines also painted it, plus lime marked lines, lego style corner posts, driving rain, a beer tent, and rowdy supporters, Canada bought it's games to 2 and 0 for the year.

"Canada has improved its 2012 summer international rugby league record to 2-0 by doubling up Lebanon 36-18 on a wet night in Toronto."

Canada has gone from no ranking to 21st in the world in just two years.

It'd be great if Manly could do some sort of 'adoption' with them.

Then we'd sell a lot more merchandise, etc, and help an emerging nation.

Wouldn't take much, some hints, tips, etc.

1) Send the Manly Coach to turn their team into Manly
2) Support their International team so that their future supporters are now Manly supporters.
3) Annex the team.

If Lebanon had their full squad they wipe the Canadians. Throw in Farah, Mannah, Mansour and a heap of lower grade players and they will be too strong.

Farah can't due to repping Aus in this world cup cycle
Mannah can't due to repping NSW (have to be made available to play for Aus)
So if those 2 were to play for Lebanon they'd have to be given clearance by the RLIF
