This year was a make or break test for Paseka and he has shown enough straight forward no nonsense consistency to warrant an extension.

He has shown Keppie the path to follow let’s hope he travels it a little quicker than Paseka.

The consistent Performing Paseka attributes his powerhouse form to the pre season Gruelling camp
that was all part of a plan by new Coach Anthony Seibold to put the players under physical and mental pressure to see how they handled themselves.
“That camp put you in survival mode. You found things within yourself that you didn’t know were there. The camp brought that out of me,'' Paseka said.

The Main focus of that Gruelling camp was to learn how to OVERCOME the seasons ADVERSARIES and to build game winning TEAM RESILIENCE that lays a CONSISTENT WINNING platform to keep us COMPETETIVE into the TOP 8 and something that Seibold has so far failed to do

The moral of the story
Consistency is the key to success
and the key to a successful finals team is the coach getting the team up to play consistent winning footy and that keeps them into the top 8

Mr Penn has made changes all along since our last Premiership win
and Those changes have not come to fruition

Early this Season Ceo Mestrov confirmed that his new coaching staff Seibold and his Premiership winning assistant inherited a top 8 Roster and our top 8 expectations were set but as it is they have not been met as our team has clearly underachieved this year

I am sure the Proud Mr Penn who is success oriented will eventually make the right changes
to change his and our Mighty Sea eagles to be the Premier club once again .

In Conclusion

and He Will Make Manly Great Again !
