I imagine Buzz's / News Corp's beef with their general manager in God might play a part as well? Chairman must feel pretty on top of the world given their current trajectory.

Why does everything have to be related back to Manly? Penn is hardly seen in Australia and leaves most,if not all of the heavy lifting to the day to day people running the club.Id say it’s not Penn

I was inferring that anytime there’s a “shoosh” in the DT that relates to “who is the person….”,someone paranoid on ST’s always thinks it’s about Manly. Manly don’t rate or garner interest from a big crowd,so unless it’s a big story eg the coach is under the pump or the long serving captain is out the door,they aren’t going to do stories about them

All this 20000 crap is full of S***TT, I've been a member for years from interstate and just my mates and people I know and talk to alone is over50+ fans. If you've been to Canberra for some games, almost half the crowd are Manly and we have a great record down here. Most of my pictures / photos / chats with the legends are down here. Sir Thomas Keneally, Hugh Jackman, Bozo, Cliffy, Hasler, Toovs, Menzies, Hoppa, Roberts, Carroll, Bella, O'Connor, Lyons, BK to name a few + current players.
Also as I said in other post driving 3hrs to Sydney bus to train station, train to Circular quey, then Ferry to God city then bus to God's oval then back again home, that's a bit too much for some dragging their families along + old age etcs. Thanks to all those who gave a Trophy's, WOW, Like, agreed, thumbs up etcs. If I live in Sydney I'll b there every game but for us is a bit hard. Few times I rang up membership teams a young girl pick up and I asked her complained to her why can't I used my tickets for me kids as well as we're not coming up for the rest of the year also I've been losing my tickets for many years since I've been a member. Plus we're playing against the Titans not like it's gonna b a sellout. The kids just gonna b in da background no body will notice them please talk to your membership team. I told her we'll have so many more members if u look at this. What if someone flying from Darwin been a member for 50yrs with there kids for the first time and getting turn away, that's buul****tt. Now my voice is heard and we've an interstate membership which I used for me kids which ended up being a great win for da Mighty Eagles lastweek. Trust me they'll me many more than 20000 members from now on, Good on ya Manly keep improving...
