Mate you can add walker,kapow,jake,uate,do I need to keep going,your spot on when I saw that list and none of the guys I've mentioned made that list,well FMD,what the **** are these so called judges looking at.
 
The Dally M awards are just a popularity contest with the commentators.
Couldn't give two rats about them, didn't Hayne win in 2014 and the Eels came almost last?
It's like the Clive Churchill doesn't go to the best on ground anymore.
Haven't paid attention to it in about a decade.

Why do you even care if Pearce is rated higher on the list?
It looks like the points being allocated to Manly players are being distributed evenly across the standouts in the team, hardly a farce in that respect

And there's your answer, Manly has shared the points around a lot more than other teams. Tom, Marty, DCE, Walker and Api in particular. It's no biggie.

I'm a also of the opinion it's a farce but clearly for different reasons.


Pearce isnt contending for points with Tapau/Walker/ Api in career best form, also the always consistent Trbojevic brothers.
 
Seriously who cares what those so called 'expert' judges think. Do I hold any value on what the likes of anasty, pickles, kevin (I can't pick my own team) walters etc have to say - No!
 
Sheck been hot 2 games and had about 7-8 below average games and Gallen ...if it was not Gallen - you would think he is a stop gag fill in player....definately about reputation - not performance.
 
The Dally M is usually won by a player from the spine of a team
A winger can have a great wingers game but not get recognized
And as its been posted the team has shared the points which reflects on the tally board
thats why a team running last with 1 standout player will poll well and so do the favourite players of judges eg Thurston will always score well It would be good to see an overall team score taking away the individual highest point score and the lowest score and averaging the rest like in the olympic sports ect
 
NRL.com predicted ladder has DCE on 14 points

He could be third on the dally m by round 19, pearce is out.
