I'm fine with it, been a great servant to the Manly footy side in the past, but a big part of our downslide especially against the better teams, is we looked physically off the pace and fell away even more late in games that were on the line....this is definitely a fair decision based on recent seasons.

Probably best we just start fresh on all fronts, including Donny's role. We haven't looked like a team that can play high intensity football this year, so no point doing the same thing over again.

Donny was great years ago but the world has moved on.
I don't know if it's an age thing, loss of passion, got too comfortable or something else.

I guess a clean slate is required, now for the front office.
