Update team list. Good to see cust on the bench we need his spark.. TNI used all tricks in his bag last week.

Dufty, Lomax and Ravalawa really gonna be testing that left side defence of ours. Didn't want it being Parker and Garrick defending that but it is what it is, doubt it will get changed. Would preferably go for Walker to go back to centre and Funa to fullback or even Funa to wing and just drop Garrick. But if it is Parker and Garrick defending that left side, they gotta aim up. Need another big performance from our middles and this time our halves gotta take advantage of that go forward. DCE and Foz just need to simplify and play patient if we want field position and points. Don't want another big forwards performance going to waste, would also love Sipley come in for Boyle. Anyways, in our first month of our draw, we have three genuine title contenders, this is the game we play a team on a similar kind of level to us. Hoodoo aside, this is our best chance to win our first game of the year. Please boys, dig deep, let the turnaround begin and GOOOOOO MANLLYYYYYYYYY.

We have a terrible record against the Merge, and even worse when playing at WIN.

If Ben Hunt and Corey Norman put one over our halves tonight my head is going to explode. Our pack can match theirs, and McCullough is just a tackling machine and offers nothing out of 9. Time for DCE and Foz to start playing to their ability tonight

Re McCullough I was pretty much always of a similar view in his last couple of years at the broncos. Injured at knights. But his first two games have been very good for saints. He’s played with Hunt all his life and his form dropped away at the broncos when Hunt left.

Not sure what it is but he ****s all over Croker on his two displays this year. Would love to see Cade get a decent crack tonight.

Yer and throw Norman into the mix the three of them formed part of the broncos spine for a while, they have played together and it’s obvious there happy to be back together, i read the other day that hunt and McCullough go way back through their junior footy together. And yes McCullough is a tackling machine and even in his twilight years a better 9 than ours.

Simple fact is, as C and C says, if our 6 and 7 put on a display befitting their reputations, we should be in this up to our eyeballs against a side that has struggled badly for a long time.

If I see that backpedaling by our left side again in defence ( which will lead to a loss) similar to C and C my head will explode. Move up and hit them ffs.If they are good enough and strong enough to beat you so be it, but don’t just give them a saloon passage.
